Wow, I know it's been while since I've posted or even written anything period. I've been working on a couple different projects. I did make the trip to Heroes-Con in Charlotte, NC (which isn't that far of a trip since Raleigh is only 3 hours away). It was a smaller con than I'm used to, but the experience was by far one of the more enriching, educating, and enlightening than previous ones. I met a number of amazing artists, a number of which I've seen on Deviant Art, and lucky for me, some of them were willing to take a look at my work. I can't appreciate it enough. I've always prided myself on getting better and improving. I've been fortunate enough to get critiqued at almost every con I've been to, and with every critique (no matter how brutal or honest), I've always come away with great advice and tips to allow me to get better. I can't thank these artists enough for taking the time to guide me along the way.
With all that said, the advice given to me at the Heroes-Con has shown me that the next gradual step for me as an inker is to transition in brush and quill inking. I've always been intimidated my this medium, but now I have to suck it up and relearn the craft. I'll make sure to post my inks that I do since I'm going to need the practice. I look forward to everyone's feedback and critique. You can only get better with help, since there's no such thing as the "perfect" artist. Thanks for reading. Look forward to getting some new inks posted. Peace.

Now what am I going to do with the surplus of Microns and Copics that litter my studio?

Art is completely subjective. Your appearance is not, so clean it up a little before you come back here again.

... tools are just tools, its the craftsman that makes the difference.
